I need a short film (7-12mins) edited from original untouched clips

So I wanted to make a short video, for fun. I'm almost done filming, maybe a few more weeks. I can offer you a rough edit of order and how it should work, but I basically want someone to edit it so it looks the best it can with the tools I had.
It's a horror / drama piece. There will be roughly 5 / 6 scenes. ll recorded on gopro, phone etc... what ever I could get my hands on. after visuals are complete, I will then start sound music etc....
