Experience Level: Expert
Looking for a personal trainer or equivalent to create exercises and workouts for a health and fitness website.
Each exercise needs a full description, muscles used, images per exercise step and a full HD video, up to a maximum of 100 exercises initially.
Would prefer the personal trainer or any participants used for the photo/video shoot to wear a branded t-shirt.
Also willing to pay for workouts based on the exercises created; negotiable.
An example exercise is as follows:
Name: Hip Extension
Alternative Name: Hip extension: w/ stability ball + hamstring curl
Description: Purpose - To increase strength of the hip extension musculature, knee flexion musulature and increase core stability Set up - Lie on the floor with hands out to the sides and feet shoulder width apart - Place heels on a stability ball Performance - Push through your heels, and lift your hips off the floor focussing on squeezing your glute muscles - Slowly and under control curl the stability ball towards you by flexing the knees - Slowly and under control return to the start position.
Muscle Groups: Hip extensors & knee flexors, Trunk rotators & stabilisers
Equipment: Exercise Ball
This exercise has 3 steps and thus requires 3 images and an accompanying video showing the full exercise.
