I need a lot of movie footage edited into a nice, neat, romantic DVD

Hi!
I am intending on popping the question to my girlfriend in mid-January and between now and then, I want to video the things I do between now and the big day. A “behind the scenes” if you will, so she can look back and see how it was all put together. It also lets us keep it to look at in the future.
Basically, I will be filming a lot.
Ideally, I would then provide all the footage I have captured – say approx. 1 hour - pass it over to an editor via their Dropbox, who could then spend some time editing clips, disregarding needless footage, and introduce some graphics and a soundtrack in the background.
I have one or two requests that I would like included. The rest broadly is yours to be creative with!
Editing is to be done and completed DVD received by me no later than Friday 13th January.
