I need a full-time video editor (using premiere pro)

I am a part-time youtuber on the channel Lie Likes Music. Here i share my love for rock music in the form of album reviews. I already have an editor who's working part-time with me, but since i'm planning to put out more content during the following months, i could need a lot more help. It's very rewarding to create your own community. Although we've just started out it's incredible to think that we have the opportunity to help other people have a more meaningful experience with music. And even further down the line we might even be able to create live-events and amplify the "sharing-experience" that people get thought our online community. I'm looking for an editor who can edit my daily 10 min videos and also long-form videos. I'm not just looking for any editor, though. I'm looking for someone who can increase the current production value of the editing on my channel and also continue the pase and style that's already there. Furthermore i need this person to turn around videos in a day. I usually record 5 videos every sunday, and then batch-send them to the editor. Also besides Premiere Pro skills, it's a plus if this person knows some simple thumbnail (image editing) tools (Picmonkey, Canva). Please take a look at my YouTube channel to get a sense of the video-style and design, and start your reply to me leading with how many subscribers i have. Also include a link to your video-reel or content you've edited that you feel is relevant to this job. This will be an ongoing job, so before i settle for a person for the job i want to invite a few to do a trial-job. In this trial-hon i'll provide footage and video-assets for you to edit and will then award this on-going job to the person i feel accomplishes everything i'm looking for in an editor.
