I need a brief interview filmed

My name is Julie Walsh, and I'm the founder of fitBallet. It's a high-intensity workout that fuses ballet and traditional circuit training. We just started group fitness classes in NYC in January.

I'm writing because I'm entering a competition for fitness start-ups, and I need some video footage to submit with the application. I'm in London for the next few weeks, and so I need to have someone here help me shoot the footage. I'm looking to shoot an "interview" style conversation, which would then be spliced in with the footage of classes back in New York. It should be pretty quick, about an hour or two.
