I need a 35 minutes video of nursery rhymes created

I need someone to create a video about 35 minutes meant for YouTube. The video should contain (about 10-20 rhymes) with background audio as in the link below, using independent animated characters (no copyrighted material should be in video) performing actions that follow the message in the rhymes. These characters should be given names and used differently in different rhymes (These will also be used in subsequent videos). The expectation is to receive a video that exceeds that in the link below in quality.

The lyrics of the rhymes should also follow the audio as the video is playing. The creator will choose the rhymes to include in the video (these must simply fall under nursery rhymes)
