I need a 30 second videcartoon animation advert to run on TV with UK licensing please

I need a 2d animation so where I say climb I really means slide. The cartoon does not need to have too much movement.

CONCEPT: Full bodied Afro-Caribbean lady climbs to top of bedroom cupboard (not actually climbing but sliding up as no movement expected) to bring down fabric and slides down ladder with a bump onto her bum holding her fabric triumphantly. (Lady should be in black and white. Fabric should be in colour and should be an oblong piece of material about twice the width and height of her head). First caption / voiceover should read: "Got fabric to sew? Try Fabric Gateaux!"
She rushes to her laptop and looks up fabricgateaux. There is a Calendar on the wall showing the 1st of the month. 3 different images from my website pop up. second caption / voice over should read "In 3 easy steps create your own Demi-Couture outfit for any occasion. Post your fabric to us or select fabric on our site." Next, the doorbell rings and Calendar shows 15th if the month and postman delivers a parcel. Third caption or voiceover should say
"In no time at all you'll be ready to go!" She is then shown in the garment and a crowd shout 'Wow'! 'Formidable! 'C'est Minion!' 'Chale '! 'Gorgeous!' 'Cool'! 'Na So-oh'! A gentleman with gaping eyes pops up to take her out and last caption / voiceover says "Fabric to Sew? Fabric Gateaux!" Logo, website address and phone numbers then pop up.
I want something similar to Darren W or Andy S video animation on PPH but TV ready
