I need 3 video testimonials cut up and put together to make one great testimonial vid

I have have 3 testimonial videos that I need clipping and putting together to form 1 great testimonial video. I don't mean just adding 1 after the other I mean cutting each one so that it is cut in to probably 3 as I have a 3 step testimonial template so they all say the same type of thing at the same time.

Then I need each of theses clipped together so for example

3 testimonials with 3 sections in each would play like this:

testimonial 1 section 1, testimonial 2 section 1, testimonial 3 sections 1, testimonial 1 section 2, testimonial 2 section 2, testimonial 3 section 2 and so on.
