HTML3 Rich Media Banner Design

We require at least one, possibly three (depending on price) Rich Media animated banners to be designed ready for us to provide to our affiliates to upload onto their websites.

We need someone with excellent communication skills, as while we have ideas on a few designs, we have never done anything like this before and will need some assistance in helping us understand clearly what it is you need to complete the job.

Going to leave the budget open as we really don't know what is value in this space, so we will judge each bid on its merits and communicate with those we feel most comfortable working with.
