Help with Adobe Premiere Pro Audio settings&effects for clip

I am looking for a professional video editor who can help me make the correct AUDIO settings and effects for a clip in Adobe Premiere Pro. I have already tried some settings, but I want someone experienced to give me his suggestions. I also want someone to explain to me your settings via screen sharing, so I can learn to make them in the future on other clips of the same video recording. I am guessing this would be 1-2 hours of work in total.
