Filming and editing: workshop speeches/presentations

This Friday, 13 November, we are hosting a workshop in central London. There will be various talks and case studies presented in the morning part of the workshop, and we would like to capture them on film.

In total there are five talks of around 5-10mins each, and three case studies of around 10-15 mins each.

We would like the talks/presentations to be filmed with two cameras, and then edited together afterwards (one video for each talk).

We are looking to achieve some cinematic effects (with blurry background, a couple of angles, and some movement if possible, quite similar to what you can see at 2:45 on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajxRkXxAL0A)

We will need you to arrive at the venue at 8am for set-up and briefing, and then the filming will take place between 9am and 12.30pm.

The editing will need to be complete by Friday 27 November, so we would need the first cut a few days prior to that for comments.

Please include examples of your work with your proposal.
