Filming a short scene for a project

I am after a videographer with a decent video camera who can work with me online for a short clip which I need filming. I am after a short scene of a person in a hooded top, (can't see the persons face) who is in a darkish room, playing a racing car video game on his PC. His phone then rings and he answers the phone. This scene need to go for about 15 seconds. Don't really want to See anything else in the room apart from the person, the desk and the lit up PC screen. I will need some nice back to front sliding shots, side shots and some good audio coming from the game. A detailed storyboard can be provided if necessary.
