Film and editing

I am getting married at the end of September. We are having a relatively small wedding of 60 in London and as it’s small, we are going to go for an intimate vibe with a very small dance floor, so there’s not going to be a big “First Dance” malarkey.

So, instead of a first dance, we were thinking of putting together a video, to be shown on the wall via a projector or something like that. It would be roughly a 3/3.30 mins video that would include some dancing but in a tongue and cheek way, very loosely tell the story of us getting to our wedding day from when we first met – called “The Story So Far”.

The idea is inspired by a mix of Lana Del Rey’s Video Games video, La La Land, a little bit of Strictly Come Dancing and old black-and-white silent movies or recent ones like The Artist.

We were wondering if you would be able to do this for us and if so, roughly the costings involved?

I’ve attached a rough overview of “plot” or storyboard for the video. A lot of what is needed is editing but it also would involve a day’s (or certainly a morning’s) shooting of dancing in key locations around London.
