Face blurring

I need all the faces blurred or covered with a black circle except for the guy (me, who is the main speaker) wearing the black sweater with glasses and grey jeans (that is the only face that should be visible) the video is about 30 min long and its 4.69 GBS and I would need it exported in high quality. I posted a screenshot for reference. the faces have movement but it is minimal movement during the 30 min video. message me with prices. thank you
