Hi All,
Please see the project overview below:
All copy will be supplied but it's basically an explainer video.
- 3 min loop for in-store displays, slow moving to allow customers to read, so not loads of content / copy. Just well paced.
For this first video (one screen in store) it will be a general explainer which shows the store visitors both inside and outside what the brand does (gadget repair)
1. Logo sting intro (see logo attached) something creative with the spanner and circle animating in.
2. Highlights of their services which I'll send over to you but have explained generally below....
- Services
- Repair process (see REPAIR PROCESS link with timecode below)
- Repairs and lifetime warranty
- Buy and sell - sell us your phones etc
- Plus the 3 simple steps of the repair process
E.g This would kind of thing would be perfect for the intro:
https://videohive.net/item/smartphone-repair-services-opener/17804442?s_rank=1
Then this would be perfect to explain the REPAIR PROCESS: (NOTE: See timecode below)
https://videohive.net/item/itouch-2-app-promo-mockup-kit/11589383?s_rank=9
TIMECODE 1:54 - As it flows down we can show the repair process steps (I have this already designed in a flow diagram)
Tech Diagnostics
|
Left split (simple repairs) / Right Split (Complex repairs) will be 4 steps going down.
|
Broken screen
|
Repaired while you wait
|
Warranty applied and ready to collect
I have the copy for this ready but have attached an example of this flow in use on our current in-store counter top mats.... We'd just need to cut it down. for the video..
TIMECODE 2:47 - 3:15
We could highlight the typical repair issues as we have on our website with the lines coming off.
Charging Jack, Power Button, Home Button, Screen Replacement, Camera Issues, etc.
Then when the phone flips over, we can do the same (lines coming off) for issues like
Rear Camera repair , Housing Damage, Battery replacement...
For now I think this explains the style of the video we want. I'm happy to buy any of the AE project files we need to make this work.
Note: It's important to remember this is really just an explainer video with a highlight of services, processes, etc and needs to flow nicely with animated elements.
- We will supply our brand colours and style guides
- We will supply everything in vector format of course. (icons, logos, smashed phone with layer of cracks to be animated out or will purchase from VideoHive)
Right now we are finalising the copy but I'm just trying to find someone who can achieve this specific style easily and then we will supply copy for each section with timecode's.
The wave pattern I've attached is something we use in our branding, it would be nice to maybe have flowing lines like this to divide the sections perhaps, or flowing in and out of the background in a low opacity... just be creative!
Thanks
James
