Expert Video Editor needed

have the videos that needs to be edited and improved.
We have a you-tube channel and we have recorded videos for that channel.
There are 5 to 10 videos with average video length of 5 minutes.
When you would need to do:
1. Editing of videos with removing unwanted scenes.
2.putting animations to make it perfect fit.
3.Need to make slides( script would be provided) that would be use in videos.
4.putting the pictures if some scenes require.
