Expert Video Editor

I'm looking for an experienced B2B video editor who can convert several videos from flash to most likely mp4 so we can use them on our new website. I also need these videos edited including a professional intro/extro and music that speaks to our audience. These videos are client testimonials and they about 8 years old so we need a creative way to edit the content so they look fresh and updated until I can get new testimonials recorded. I have Adobe Premiere but will to use whatever as I want to see the source files included.

Please provide samples of your intro/extro work.
Please provide an example of how you would edit older content to be fresh.

I need the intro/extro first and then have you edit two of the five videos to start. Please provide a fixed price for the intro/extro and then a fixed price for the editing. Each video is 3-5 minutes. I'm willing to reduce the time if needed, or increase the time if needed so be creative.
