Exp Video editor to make videos play in photo slider

I'm seeking a very exp videographer to position individual videos (to play) in between a photos slider on our web page. You must have exp of configuring something like this. Video clips are from 21 seconds to 1 min long.
Photos are slowly sliding from right to left on top half of a web page. All the same size. We have numbered videos, 2 of the videos need to show at 2 different positions in between the sliding photographs. When video comes in to view the audio music for that video should start to play. You may need some coding skills to make the videos play at the right time when it comes in to view.

When 1st video reaches left side of screen (on desktop/laptop/tablet devices), if video audio music is still playing, it should cause slider to stop sliding, until video music audio for 1st video has stopped playing, and then carry on the slow slide (left to right). Until it reaches the 2nd video position in photo slide show.

When 2nd video comes in to view the audio music for that video should start to play. When 2nd video reaches left side of screen (on desktop/laptop/tablet devices), if video audio music is still playing, it should cause slider to stop sliding, until video music audio for 2nd video has stopped playing, and then carry on the slow slide.

On mobile phone devices only 1 photo can show on the screen (due to screen size) as the slider moves and stays in a fixed position for each photo for a few seconds, then moves to the next photo. So needs to be configured differently for Iphones & Android phones, separately.

When 1st video comes in to view of mobile screen the audio music for that video should start to play, while video hold it's position on screen, video plays and audio music is playing. When 1st video has finished playing and it's music audio has stopped. The slide should start again continuing to slide slowly, left to right. Until the 2nd video comes in to view on screen.

When 2nd video comes in to view of mobile screen, the audio music for that video should immediately start to play, while video hold it's position on screen, while video plays and audio music is playing. When 2nd video has finished playing and it's music audio has stopped. The slide should continue moving left to right.

Photos slider is configured to be on a continuous slide, in a loop, so if user does nothing, the same photos and same videos will eventually come back round again. And play in the same way as the first time, described above. And continue to do so, if user doesn’t interfere with anything on screen.

This is a technical piece of work (configuration). If you haven't done anything similar before, you may find it challenging. We are NOT interested in videographers who want to ' try ' and do this. We don't pay for trying. Only exp videographers who can 100% do this should apply. If you are not a videographer with this exp, pls don't apply.
