Editing a 5 minute video for YouTube

I need a local person who can come on site and put together my video and audio into a complete short film for posting on to YouTube.

I have lots of video where we will need to choose the most appropriate shots, and that will need then editing and splicing together. I have an audio voiceover that needs to be dubbed over the top. You will also need to insert some basic title cards at the relevant intervals.

I'm based in Oxford, UK and can pay £50 for the whole job (whole job being until I'm satisfied with it). I would prefer someone to come to the office so that we can choose the best shots together and make the process more efficient.
