Edit video of swimwear model

We recently did a shoot for our swimwear brand but the tops were too small for our model. We should of given her a bigger size. I want to know if it's possible to edit her breasts smaller in the videos, particularly so they aren't bulging out at the sides. I have attached one video first of all and would like this one edited firstly.

I need it to not be jumping or anything though and look completely natural. I need it edited so it is still completely smooth and like the original. I also don't want the rest of the bikini top to be distorted or the bikini top size or shape to be changed. It is really important the crochet edge border around the top stays the same. I only want her breasts to be made smaller.

I believe the best method is not to resize the breast area independently on every frame. That causes the size/shape to fluctuate from frame to frame. Instead, the editor needs to use motion tracking + a temporally consistent mesh/liquify warp.

The ideal retouch would reduce some of the projection/fullness and cleavage while preserving the outer edges, crochet trim and straps of the bikini. I don't want the top to be distorted. It needs to keep the same shape.

It needs to be a tracked body-retouch rather than applying a breast-size adjustment frame-by-frame.

Please preserve the original proportions and shape of the bikini cups, crochet edging and straps and make the reduction subtle and natural.
