Edit short video clips together to make one 30 minute video

I create craft tutorials. I record myself making the crafts on my iPhone in sections. Each section is usually a few minutes long. I store the clips to a Google drive. I need someone to join the clips together with fade transitions.
I will then watch the video and tell you the timings where you should speed the video up in places (e.g. where I am painting something and it doesn't need to be shown in real time) and remove the sound on the speeded up sections. I will also tell you the timings of any parts that need to be cut out.
I may also need you to adjust the brightness on certain sections so that they all have the same brightness. The completed videos are usually about 30 minutes long. I will need you to save it to my Google Drive.
I do 1 or 2 of these videos each month and will want someone who can do this for me each month. When I have done the editing myself, the whole process takes about an hour.
