DSLR Video production training on site, London, SE1

I need some on site training in London, SE1 setting up and creating self videos using my equipment and premises.
I have a basic understanding of photography; depth of field, ISO, frame rates, exposure, f-stops and the video editing software I have is Screenflow

I am interested to create engaging videos to talk and demonstrate on food and lifestyle themes; equipment explanation/comparisons, ingredients, culinary or lifestyle themes, culture + history.

I would be interested to learn how to setup my studio template for consistency - camera fixed settings, lighting angles+exposure, theme intros, music, graphic inserts eg the template used by BBC Live News but a lot more short and light hearted of course which I can use to talk or demonstrate about the subject matter.

It is hands on and on site training that I am looking for as soon as it is permitted given the legislative restrictions. I have not set a budget and I expect I am looking at 2 days potentially to cover the groundwork.
