Cut videos in smaller clips

Out of about 50 videos between 10 and 30 minutes I have 162 video clips to produce.

All you need to do is provide me a ftp adress where I can upload directly the mp4 video files for you cause it needs a bit of space to store. To produce the video clips in mp4, you will provided for that a table in which we say at what time the new clip shall start and end. like that:

8min15 10min48
15 min16 18min01
You should use an optimal encoding format for videos to be displayed on youtube and mobile phone (h264 or so)
And then make the videos available for download on your ftp.

The mission is urgent.
