Crop video and make loop

I need the below video

and trimmed to a few seconds so that when it loops it doesn't jump like the one on the site now jumps.

A decent video editor should be used as I don't want any pixelation/artifacts from the process. I used VLC editor and the output cropping 400 from the top and 600 from the bottom had a lot of ghosting and pixelation. The video must be as clear and crisp as the original.
