Creators Needed for ThinkCloudly Testimonial Interview Videos

## About the Project

ThinkCloudly is an IT education and professional training company looking for confident creators to participate in testimonial-style interview videos for our brand.

You do not need to be an IT expert or an existing ThinkCloudly student. We will provide the script, questions, and talking points in advance, so you can focus on delivering a natural and conversational performance on camera.

## What You’ll Do

1. Join a Zoom video call with a senior member of our team.
2. Answer approximately 2–4 simple questions based on the provided script and talking points.
3. Speak naturally and follow the content provided by our team.
4. Participate in a guided interview lasting approximately 7–8 minutes.

## Important: Sample Video Is Required When Applying

Please read this section carefully before submitting your proposal.

To help us assess your video and audio quality, you must submit a short sample video along with your initial message or proposal.

We will provide a short text for you to speak on camera. Please record yourself delivering that exact text using the same phone, webcam, or device you intend to use for the Zoom interview.

Your sample should:
- Be approximately 1 minute long.
- Show your face clearly while you speak.
- Include clear audio with minimal background noise.
- Be recorded in a well-lit environment with a clean, professional background.
- Demonstrate your natural English communication and on-camera presentation.
- Be an original recording of you speaking, not an AI-generated presenter video or an audio-only sample.

Please attach the sample video directly to your proposal or message, or share an accessible link to the recording.

Proposals submitted without the requested sample video will not be considered. Please contact us only if you are willing to provide the sample as part of your initial application.

## How the Process Works

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Send us a short introduction, relevant video samples, your availability, and confirmation that you agree to the project requirements. Please include the requested 1-minute sample video with your initial message.

Step 2: Sample Review

Our team will review your sample to assess video clarity, audio quality, lighting, and on-camera presentation. We will proceed only if the sample meets our requirements.

Step 3: Script and Scheduling

Once your sample is approved, we will share the interview script and talking points. We will then coordinate a suitable time for the Zoom recording and discuss the remaining details.

Step 4: Zoom Interview

Join the scheduled Zoom call and participate in the guided interview with our senior team member. You will receive instructions and support throughout the recording.

- Good English communication skills
- A clean, professional background and suitable lighting
- Ability to follow a provided script and talking points
- A natural, friendly, and conversational presentation style
- Reliable communication and availability for a scheduled Zoom call

## Video Usage and Permission

The completed video may be used for ThinkCloudly’s marketing and promotional purposes, including:

- ThinkCloudly’s official YouTube channel
- ThinkCloudly’s official website

## Payment

$50 per completed and approved video.
