Creating an (whiteboard) animation

I am looking for some who can create a white board animation. The video will be based on a already excisiting video and the script will be provided.

The animation will be approximately four minutes long.

Furthermore, it is an animation for the French market and also need a French voice over by some one with argeeable voice. So speaking French is mandatory.
