Creating a Video for an IT company

Hello,
I am looking for a "UK" based individual / company to create a video for our website which we will host on YouTube and link to our site. The website(s) in questions are:

www.xironet.com

Xironet is a support IT company. Global Host is a Cloud company. These two companies have overlap services. We want to sell Cloud services and pass the job to Xironet for any Support involved. This is what you need to know as a background.

There will be only one video with voice over. The person who does the voice over is a lady who works on this site as well. She has already done few jobs for us, hence we want to continue using her voice for consistency. I will put you in touch with her when we agree upon the project.
All you fo is to create a video for IT Support, she will give you two the voiceovers which are identical but the only difference is she mentions the company name "Global Host Centre" in one and "Xironet" in the next.
You use the voiceover twice, for with Xironet and once with Global host.

This is because we want to use the same video on two different website which have different names. The script is ready. The length of the video is not an issue here, content is important. Below, I give you few sample videos to look at and get an understanding of what we do.

So, the video is going to be a combination of cartoon and a real person in an office. The voice over lady does provide a green screen clip to you so that you can impose into the clip you are making.

As a technology company, we need to be one step ahead, so the video MUST be the best we can produce. Also, everything you use in the clip (sound, images, scenery etc. must have licence or a licence free object). As a company, we want to produce an original work and not a copy. Also we don't want to expose ourselves to legal copy right issues.
