Create box animation in Adobe Premiere

Hi there,

I'd like you to create an animation exactly like this yellow box (where it is revealed and then disappears):

- Starts top right of the box and then the lines goes down and follows the shape of the box
- Important - this is different to a standard radial swipe which just goes from horizonatal or vertical - instead, this reveals by following the shape, so going down first, then left, then up and finishes right (see youtube link)
- I would like the same speed/flow used in the animation
- I want the disappear effect to follow the same pattern that happens in the video
- I would like you to create a short video screencast showing me how you did it in Adobe Premiere, so I can replicate it
- You can use any background image to illustrate how the box animation looks like
