Create an animation of cards moving across screen

I need an animation putting together of fuel cards (like this http://r.secure-fuelcard.eu/ukf/card/29/large.png) moving horizontally across a screen (this be featured here (instead of the blue panel http://creationcubestechnology.com/jp-kinesis/product/).

I want to use about 6 cards and have the animation loop smoothly after 10 seconds

It will be simpler because it is just horizontal movement. Left to right.
The cards will rotate but will not come closer to the screen.

Does it make sense to start with simple shapes (like at http://creationcubestechnology.com/jp-kinesis/product/) and then add the card details later?

How big (file size) approx will the final video file be?

I'm ready to talk now to discuss this.
