Create a short video from X2 Videos

Hi,

We have 2 videos of one of our vessels departing from a port.
The first video is the view from inside the control room, and the second is the view of the actual ship leaving the berth.

I want someone to create a video with the ship leaving the berth, with a view from the bridge visible also from some sort of overlap or similar.

Basically I want the viewer to see what its like in the control room and what actually happens with the ship in the same video.

There are also parts of the video that need speeding up (Of course both need to adjust the speed in line togehter to get the correct result of what is happening with the ship vs in the control room - they must go in sync)

Then we need some brading adding and some background music - must start and stop as the voice in the control room starts and stops etc.
