Convert videos to Vimeo so they have playback functionality

I've got a series (25) of videos, recorded on Camtasia and hosted on AmazonS3, which I'm using in a WP membership site. However, they don't have a playback feature so you can't stop/start them or see how long they are. I've been advised to run them through vimeo, or similar (as long as it's something most people will be able to use). Happy to send a test video if you want to try one out. Thanks.
