Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Event Date and Location: 1st February 2017, Hilton Waldorf Covent Garden
Camera operator required with own kit (No dslr cameras, please state camera and lens plus media you use e.g. SD cards in proposal)
Must have experience filming business conferences
This is a white label job operating under our company banner. This is for an existing client we have a very good relationship with.
You will be required to cover the main room at this event, it isn't a big room and the filming is straight forward, day of talks on a stage but you will need to be able to follow the speaker if they move around, smoothly, keeping them in shot and focus at all times. We will have an additional camera on this stage which will be a C100 picking up a wide shot so you will need to just focus on getting us a medium, waist to head shot. Audio feed will be supplied to your camera from the main AV desk so you need to have XLR input and will need to ensure that the audio levels are correct throughout the conference.
Start time for setup - 7am
Finish time - 6pm
Lunch will be provided and tea and coffee is served during breaks.
Dress code - Smart trousers / black shirt or black polo shirt (Smart top in general is fine, preferably dark but no logo items, this is a high end business conference)
The team will be myself covering promotional content and interviews, our photographer, 1 camera operator in main room and 1 camera operator in second talks room.
Any questions please ask.
Samples of conference work would be required.
We can cover London travel card on the day, please let us know where you're coming from so we can cost this -
Adult Zones 1-2 £6.40
Adult Zones 1-4 £9.20
Adult Zones 1-6 £11.70
We can't cover car travel or parking so unless you live in London and can get the tube in it isn't worth applying.
Thanks
