CAR NUMBER PLATE CHANGE IN VIDEO CLIP

I am looking for a VFX compositor who can smoothly change can number plate and remove tax disc from a short video clip of about 1 minute working duration. I have continuous on going long term work for right vfx professionals. All work will be done on 4K dpx frames and I need the completed work in 4K dpx frames together with 4K UHD and 2K HD 24 frames per second video formats. You can ask for sample and more info.
