Blender 3D Artist & Animator needed

Please see attached reference drawing and specification document. Budget to be determined after NDA is returned to me and you have time to review the project 2D reference drawings. NDA pgs 1&2 are also attached. Project drawings will be sent after the signed NDA is sent to me. Please ignore the fixed price below - I will want a fixed price once all the drawings can be reviewed and there is a complete understanding of the work needed.
