Birthday Photo - Moving Image Montage

I need you to take 85 photos and create an animated presentation or video to celebrate a 60th birthday. I need it to have a cover that says 'Happy 60th Birthday Eric!' and it should run on a loop. Each photo can be displayed individually or they can be grouped together. They can be randomly placed, so no order to follow but simply need each one to be on screen long enough for someone to take in the memory but not so long that each one appears to stay on screen too long. I would like the option for it to be displayed on Facebook, YouTube and if needed via a laptop/TV. It's needed urgently, within 24 hours.
