Assistant video producer and editor

I am looking for help with an initial small project which in turn should lead to a bigger project.
I have been asked to produce a short presentation video for a client I work with on site in Bolton, North West UK
The video is to be used on their website and to present to their own head office in Germany, in order for them to release funds for further presentation work and product videos.
As I am a still photographer with limited video skills, I am looking to work with somebody on this locally who can help with the production - (about an hour shoot) and the edit afterwards if possible using Adobe Premier software.
I will look to then use the person again as an ongoing relationship for the further work once all is agreed ( in Germany ) so although initially its pretty much no budget - it will almost certainly lead to further work.
As I am based in Preston and the job is in Bolton, I am looking for somebody ideally within the north west uk.
The video will be shot using DSLR's and edited in Premier.
Applicants should ideally have experience of using Nikon DSLR's for video and Adobe Premier
