Animation (less than 10 seconds)

I would like a 10 second (or less) animation - hand drawn or otherwise - made from my logo as an intro/ outro sting.

I have a hand painted blossom tree as my logo, attached here.
I'd like an animation of a little fat man sitting under the tree. A piece of blossom falls slowly down in the wind and lands on his head, giving him what we think is his 'eureka' moment, but then he tries to box the air, thinking someone is there.

I'd welcome other suggestions, and proposals with how you would make it, but it should be funny and based around the 'eureka' moment.
