Animate a company's logo in Apple Motion for use in Final Cut X.

I am producing some video's for an awards ceremony, the company organising it have a theme for the awards and I would like this logo animated in some way so I can use it within the production. Whether this be as a transition or at the start of the video's. I essentially want to embed the brand within the video's a little bit more. I edit within Final CUT X and ideally would like this made within Apple Motion. Although if you need to use another piece of software then I will happily go with that.
