After effects projects and backgrounds

I require a wedding set of original after effects project(s). fully customisable:
Opening introduction
Transition/ swipe
Lower third
overlay
photo animation slideshow
animating bug
Photoshop DVD menu and label

also require three loopable background that is fully customisable for interviews

My budget is £250 and looking at most 6 days to complete these projects. looking for something fresh that i use for my own needs which is not on videohive or any of those other websites where everyone can download. I intend to use the same set in a number of ways without making it look the same.
