Adjust model model in video

I have a swimwear brand and need some videos editing. I need the model's breasts/cleavage in this video to be made bigger but it's very important that the shape and size of the bikini top does not change. I need the bikini top to stay the same. I have lots of other videos like this to edit if this one can be done well.
