Add lightsaber effects to a video clip

My son (5yo), his cousins and a couple of friends did a Filpino stick dancing show at the church. They're all into Star Wars and would think it's really cool if the sticks were replaced with lightsabers like this YouTube tutorial shows.

Here is the ask:

1. Extract the 10s "fight" scene from the source video

2. Replace the sticks they're fighting with with light sabers (one color per kid). Note, each kid is holding two sticks both of which would need to be made into lightsabers.

3. Add sound effects for lightsabers coming on and hitting each other.

4. Export as Mov/MP4

I've attached a screenshot from the video - the 10s that would need changed is this exact same angle.
