A professionally made music (promotional) video for U-tube

I am looking for someone to shoot & edit a non studio based music video to promote to press and the music industry a new girl group. Length 4 mins (sync to recorded track) to be shot and inter-cut with possible existing footage, professionally edited and delivered for U-Tube only. (Outdoor shoot, location in London area). The budget reflects a more rough and ready but professional approach and but also presents an opportunity to exhibit production skills to the media and the music business. I am not looking for perfection, but energy and creative use of limited resources. If successful a full budget video will be produced.
