90 second brand video from combined 'royalty free' clips please

Dear video editing experts!

I would like to request support in pulling together a short c.1min 30 second 'brand' video for my start-up, using available, royalty fee video clips. The task is to:
1. - identify usable clips
2. - edit the clips so they are 'standard' in nature
3. - combine the clips and 'filter' the video to ensure the visual tone is consistent (perhaps overlaying some cool effects!)
4. - Overlay / integrate a soundtrack and Add a short 'logo clip' at the end, both of which I will provide

Details below:

1) The video is for a sports brands. The concept is a front 'face' view of a series of runners (ideally of all different abilities, and of diverse backgrounds). I will provide a few examples, but I know there are numerous available on the royalty free websites which are available for commercial use. So please do let me know which you have found before you use them. If you need to pay for any, please let me know and I will cover the cost or buy on your behalf. I am looking for them to be uniform in length, and all videos running at the same speed (i.e. not some in real time, and some in slo-mo).

2) The next be will be to ensure the runner is roughly framed in the same part of the screen, with their face relatively centrally, so it looks like the the runner and background just 'changes' as the video progresses. I assume this will require cropping the videos, perhaps dynamically.

3) I would like the 'tone' of the video to be consistent (i.e. not high-res colour, switching to murky low-lit, etc.) and have brand colours I would like to bring out if possible. Let me know what you recommend here.

4) I will provide these other elements... hopefully this is an easy integration.
