5 Minute 1930's style animated video needed

Hi All

We are in need of a 5min cartoon animation for a music video, we have a budget but it's pretty small. We have a great PR company ready to work with us so this could be a very good opportunity for someone who's 'up an coming' and needs some exposure, we also have interest from pretty much all major music television stations. This could lead to future work and we would certainly look at some kind of mechanical royalty for airplays of the video.

We have a part storyboard and know the look and feel we are after, think early 1930's cartoons /Macbess/ Betty Boop (see below link), but we are very happy to welcome your ideas for this project.
