45 sec video with motion graphics IN 8 HOURS

I have a project where I need to take the footage and draw and animate simple graphics on top, to create a 45 second kind of videoclip for a song. I give you the order of the clips, the song to use and a moodboard of what I want the inspiration to be.

It can be something simple, I just need it to get done by 9pm (UTC time, but for reference see the time in Portugal) and you need to use these 3 techniques in any stage of the process (only once they need to be used):
- Displacement map (which I think will make sense when you see the moodboard and the kind of distortion I want)
- Killer transitions (any kind of killer transition)
- Blended modes (I think you can use it for overlapping two clips)

I will also need, in the end, the After Effects files, so I can submit the work.

NOTE: you can really do anything you want, I just give you inspiration and the colors I would like to use and then you create and get it done using at least once all the techniques mentioned and others you consider important. I really just need it done.
