3 hours filming a live event in London on Wednesday 4th March 7-10pm + final edit

I am holding a live talk in Angel, North London on Wednesday 4th March between 7-10pm.

I would like you to record the event which will be between 7.00pm-10.00pm. I would like you to supply all the necessary equipment to video the speakers and record good quality audio.
I would also like to record 2 x 10 minute interviews (myself talking to each of the speakers in a quiet room).

After the event i would like you to edit the event and deliver to me the following:

1 x video of the main event including intro and 2 guest speakers (2 hours, 7.30-9.30pm) Editing out any unnecessary parts.
1 x video highlights (2-3 mins total running time, i will advise the parts to use from the full recording).
2 x 10 minute recorded interviews

Please supply me 2 QUOTES:
1st Quote: An 'all in' price for the whole job
2nd Quote: JUST to record the event and to send me the raw unedited footage afterwards.
