I need someone to create a very impressive 2D animation explainer video.
It will be between 2:30 - 3:00 in duration.
I will supply the script, voice-over and general scene direction.
The voice-over will be in English, but I'll need you to add sub-titles for one other language to the video.
The animation should be very smooth.
We are on a tight deadline so you need to be able to start right away and work under pressure.
I will need story boards for approval prior to starting animation.
You will need to sign an NDA as well.
