12 minute video edit

Starting 20 February I require a video editor with a good quality video edit suite to edit a high quality 12 minute video.
Working from 30 clips you'll work from an edit list to follow & will also be required to add your full creative input into the project.So most of the work will be done for you so laying in audio,editing pictures & making sure the quality of the video is maintained will be your responsibility.
For a confident video editor with some experience this is easy work.
The budget is fixed.Please let me know what edit software & hardware you have with examples of your work.
