10 to 20 seconds of creative video editing

i have few video shots that i would like to edit them in a nice 10 or 20 seconds video to be posted as an instagram story and on my instagram profile.

i need the same video in two exports:
- a vertical 16:9 1080 pixels Wide x 1920 pixels tall (for insta story)
- a horizontal 16:9 (for instagram profile).

I would like you to be creative and add some effects to the video like in the reference and maybe add one or two shots that you can find elsewhere and would be relevant to the video.
