Description
Experience Level: Expert
We need an experienced photographer for the day on 19 August 2021. Our wedding is due to take place at a hotel in Bristol. Our wedding is fairly alternative - my partner will be wearing traditional men's Japanese wear and I will be wearing an orange ombre dress. Most of the decorations will be made up of traditional Japanese parasols, ikebana, origami chains, and books.
Timings:
The family will have a private lunch from 12-2pm. Ceremony guests arrive at the hotel from 2.45pm and the ceremony starts at 3.30pm. Group photos will be 4.15-6pm. Supper and speeches will be 6-8pm. Sunset photos from 8.10-8.30pm. The first dance is at 9pm. Ideally, the photographer would be there from 11am to take photos of the bridal party and groomsmen getting ready, as well as the family lunch and speeches prior to the ceremony. Then they would leave at 9.30pm.
